Founder

Christian Roche

Christian founded Summerhill Private Care after years working in private service, property management, and executive support for high-profile clients. Through these experiences, and through caring for members of his own family, he saw firsthand the challenges older adults and their families face maintaining independence at home. He co-founded Summerhill to bridge the gap between traditional caregiving and comprehensive lifestyle support—offering trusted guidance, personalized service, and peace of mind.

Co-Founder & Operations Manager

Ash Nair

Originally from India, Ash immigrated to Canada to build a career rooted in service, professionalism, and meaningful human connection. His background spans finance, management, hospitality, healthcare, and client services. As Operations Manager, Ash oversees daily operations, client relationships, caregiver management, and service quality. He believes great care begins with understanding the individual.
